Truck Dispatcher

Job Description:

AAA Digital is hiring experienced Senior Truck Dispatchers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for US trucking operations.

This is not a data-entry role. We are looking for professionals who can:

• Negotiate with US brokers to secure top rates
• Strategically plan headhaul/backhaul lanes to reduce deadhead miles
• Retain carriers and maximize their profitability
• Source and close US trucking clients (for SDRs)
• Work on-site in Lahore during night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in US Truck Dispatch (for Dispatchers) OR US B2B sales experience (for SDRs)
• Strong spoken English (for SDRs)
• Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) preferred
• Ability to work under performance-driven targets
• Must be available for on-site night shift in Lahore

Compensation:

• Fixed basic salary: PKR 70,000 per month
• Monthly revenue target: $1,000 USD
• Commission: 5–10% on revenue generated above target
• Consistent monthly payouts
