Truck Dispatcher - US-BASED

Location: On-site | Block 13, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to manage and coordinate transportation operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely communication with drivers, organizing shipments, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the dispatch process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact drivers to monitor routes, delivery status, and resolve any issues
• Assign and schedule drivers according to shipment requirements
• Post and manage loads on dispatch portals
• Maintain continuous follow-up with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Handle basic customer support and communication when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in truck dispatching is preferred (experienced dispatchers are encouraged to apply)
• Background in sales and/or customer support
• Prior experience in a call center environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
