Salary: Rs. 55,000 – 80,000 + High Commissions

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage U.S. logistics and freight operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking loads, negotiating with brokers, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth and on-time deliveries across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Book loads using major U.S. load boards and dispatch platforms
• Assign and schedule drivers for daily freight movements
• Maintain professional communication with brokers, shippers, and drivers
• Track loads, monitor routes, and resolve any delivery issues
• Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, and compliance documents
• Negotiate profitable rates confidently and effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 8 months of U.S. Truck Dispatch experience
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong knowledge of load boards, dispatch tools, and FMCSA basics
• Solid negotiation, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Excel, spreadsheets, and dispatch software
• Must be available for the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift
