Job Details

• Location: Gulberg III, Lahore (On-site)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Night Shift – U.S. Operations)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Salary: PKR 65,000 – 80,000 + High Commission

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled U.S. Truck Dispatcher to manage end-to-end freight operations. You will be responsible for dispatching drivers, booking loads, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries.

This is a performance-driven role designed for dispatchers who can secure profitable loads and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage U.S.-based truck drivers
• Book loads using DAT Load Board and Truckstop
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers
• Track shipments, ETAs, and delivery status
• Maintain accurate dispatch and operational records
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ months of U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board and Truckstop
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work night shift (U.S. timings)
• Must be available for on-site role in Lahore
