Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

Rhoades Levy Law Group P. C., a Northbrook, Illinois based law firm, is seeking a trusts and estates attorney to join its rapidly growing and highly collaborative law firm. 2-7 years of experience drafting estate plans and managing trust administration and non-contested probate matters from beginning to end, all with paralegal support, is required. Experience with estate and gift tax returns is a plus.

Education and Experience:

· J.D. from an ABA-approved law school

· Admitted to practice law in Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission

· 3-5 years of experience as a trusts and estates attorney with the experience outlined above

Total compensation for this position at the time of the posting is $85,000-$160,000 annually based upon a full-time work schedule. Compensation will be subject to a number of factors, including, without limitation, qualifications, experience, skill set, and performance.
