Tumoo7 Graduate Program 2023 (UAEN)

Description

The Tumoo7 Graduate Program is specifically designed for bright minded and ambitious UAE National graduates. It's a fast-paced and exciting program which will prepare you for a future management role with CBD. The program includes assignments, strategic presentations to our Executive Committee, exposure to leadership of the Bank and a combination of learning opportunities (on-the-job, rotations, digital, experiential and certifications).

You will be assigned a Mentor from our diverse workforce who will share their experiences gained through their career while at CBD and across regional and international banks.

Requirements

The program will commence in August 2023 and last for 18 months leading into the start of your career path.

Who do we want?

Recent graduates who are confident, tech savvy, team oriented and enjoy collaborating and building cooperative relationships, with a degree in any relevant business, computer science, economics or engineering degrees with a GPA of 3.0+.
