Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tutor Recruitment Associate located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for recruiting expert tutors to the Filo platform, and ensuring a high-quality tutor community. They will work closely with the team to expand the tutor network and support student learning needs.

• Recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in education or tutoring industry
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms
• Ability to analyze tutor performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
