About the job:

We’re looking for a full-time TV Product Lead who will drive profitable category growth by executing end-to-end product strategies across channels—covering product architecture, pricing, promotions, display, and supplier management. The role ensures best-in-class market execution, strong vendor partnerships, healthy inventory performance, and a seamless customer experience aligned with the annual operating plan.

In this role, you will:

Implement sales strategies across channels, SKUs, and individual stores, guided and supported by the following:

  • Brand Positioning & Category Product Architecture (Product Catalogue) by Channel, by Geographical Area, by Store in line with Sortimeter & Quartile Approach.
  • Category Product Display Planogram by Channel, by Geographical Area, by Store in line with Sortimeter / Quartile Approach / Supplier Go To Market & Product Life Cycle.
  • Category Product Pricing Architecture by Channel.
  • Concluding a Solid Category Product Promotional Calendar by Channel in coordination with Supplier & B.TECH Promotional Calendar.
  • Run Product Knowledge & Floor Go To Market by Channel & Ensure On Ground & Channel Execution & Efficient Communication & Engagement on (Planogram & Display Refreshment & Product Life Cycle / Promotions & Prices Execution & Contests).
  • Execute Sourcing & Procurement Strategy, through leading efficient negotiations with suppliers & secure annual solid contracts in place that delivers on:
  • Ensure Product Availability (right place, right quantity, and right quality at the right time) in line with the following tools (Sortimeter / Quartile Strategy / Inventory Quality-Rebo).
  • Ensure Product Stock Levels that deliver on overall agreed inventory coverage across total system in line with “Rebo” module.
  • Ensure Efficient Product Rotation in coordination with suppliers across total system & across sellable products & damaged products & different WH.
  • Ensure Category GP Healthy Growth deliverables through negotiating margins in line with approved strategic & annual GP’s in place & full collection of supplier rebates & claims.
  • Ensure Development & Efficient Execution of a Customer Driven Contacts with key suppliers that delivers on obtaining lowest total system cost, best service level parameters on delivery & payment & continuous supplier performance tracking (Full Vendor Management).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in category management, merchandising, or product management—preferably within MDA or consumer electronics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales performance, and inventory data to drive decisions.
  • Solid negotiation and vendor management capabilities, with experience securing contracts, rebates, and favorable commercial terms.
  • Deep understanding of product architecture, pricing strategies, promotions, and retail execution principles.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure flawless execution across stores and channels.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
