Position Overview:
We are seeking a Typist cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing official documentation, handling government-related procedures, and supporting administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, type, and process company letters, documents, and applications accurately.
• Handle submissions, renewals, and cancellations of visas, permits, licenses, and other government-related documents.
• Liaise with ministries, government offices, free zones, and other authorities for company and employee requirements.
• Maintain proper records of legal and official documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Support HR and administration in PRO-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Typist / PRO in UAE
• Proficiency in Arabic typing and English typing.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and municipality procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Must be currently available in UAE with ability to join immediately.
• Must hold UAE Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
