UAE National Mechanical Engineer ( Emiratization)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UAE National(With Family book ) Mechanical Engineer to join a client who is a European Construction Company based in Dubai / Abudhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to contributing to national development through engineering excellence. The engineer will work on diverse projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and will play a crucial role in project lifecycle from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses (e.g., stress, thermal, fluid dynamics) using FEA and other specialized tools to validate designs and predict performance.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for mechanical equipment, installations, and systems.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to design parameters.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance planning for existing mechanical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, civil engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Stay abreast of the latest mechanical engineering technologies, materials, and best practices, integrating innovative solutions into projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on all projects.
• Contribute to the training and mentorship of junior engineers and technical staff.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
