Job Purpose:
To support registration processes by ensuring timely documentation and assisting clients with their day-to-day licensing requirements.
Contract and Data Administration

Ensure all contract services are managed whilst complying to the contract management plan.

Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to keep in line with emerging trends.

Ensures all companies within the Freehold are operating with a valid license.

Preparation of necessary documents prior registration/incorporation of the company.

Handle company cancelations in coordination with the concerned departments.

Reserving trade names.

Reviewing the documents submitted by Tenants and checking for the accurate attestation and legalization.
Client Management

Meeting and advising clients with the necessary requirements for registration and license issuance.

Ensures that clients commit with the freehold rules and regulations and are up to date with the required amendments.

Collaborate internally across cross-functional teams to ensure that the business requirements are met.

Oversees and resolve complains as well as grievances of the clients

Assists Company Cancelation and coordinating with the concerned departments to effectively execute the process.

Follow up with clients for pending documents/requirements for registration and Renewal.

Issue letters in consultation with the line managers, letters related to any violation/warning/observation to the clients.
Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s or any equivalent degree.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations.

Experience in licensing, company registration, and lease-related processes.

Good understanding of legal documentation for leasing and licensing.
