UGC Creator - Social Media Creator

Samply is a new e-commerce platform focused on product discovery through sampling. We partner with brands and send customers curated sample packs so they can try new products before committing to full purchases.

We’re starting in the coffee space, helping customers discover new roasters and flavors each month, with plans to expand into other consumer packaged goods categories over time.

Samply is in the early stages and we want to be transparent about that. This role is part of a new content creator program we’re launching, meaning we’re still experimenting and refining the process as we grow. We’re looking for creators who are excited to help shape the brand and grow with us.

Description

We are looking for UGC Content Creators to help produce authentic social media content that introduces people to Samply and the products featured in our discovery boxes.

Content will primarily be used on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram posts, with a focus on short-form video and engaging visual content.

Creators are also welcome (but not required) to post the content on their own social channels and participate in our affiliate program.

Responsibilities

Creators will be responsible for producing:

• 2 short-form videos per week
• 2 static/photo posts per week

Example content may include:

• Product discovery content
• Coffee tasting reactions
• Unboxing videos
• Lifestyle content featuring the product
• Educational content about coffee or sampling
• Creative storytelling around discovery and trying new brands

Creators will coordinate with Samply on content themes, messaging, and product features, but will have creative freedom in how they produce the content.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience creating UGC or social media content
• Comfortable filming short-form videos for TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Basic understanding of short-form social media trends
• Ability to shoot clean, well-lit video and photo content
• Consistency and reliability with weekly posting schedule
• Interest in coffee, food, or product discovery is a plus

Compensation

Because Samply is an early-stage startup, this program is designed to reward creators based on performance and reach.

Compensation includes:

1. Base RPM (Revenue Per 1,000 Views)
Creators will earn a base payout based on the number of views/impressions generated by their content.

2. Affiliate Revenue
Creators will receive a unique affiliate code/link to earn commission on sales generated from their audience.

3. Performance Bonuses
Additional bonuses may be paid for:

• High-performing content
• Viral videos
• Content that drives strong subscriber growth or sales

This structure allows creators to earn more as the brand grows and content performs well.
