Ui Path RPA Professional

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Certification Required: UiPath Solution Architect Certification (or equivalent UiPath Advanced/Expert).

Role Summary:
In this role you will design the high-level architecture of the RPA programme, set standards and guidelines, ensure scalability, resilience, security, and integration with enterprise systems for UiPath automations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the end-to-end architecture for UiPath automation: platform, infrastructure, security, integrations, data flows.
• Assess current business/IT landscape and recommend operating models, governance, scaling strategy for RPA CoE.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, development teams and IT operations to ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Develop and maintain RPA architecture documentation, standards, patterns, guidelines, best practices.
• Review development designs and code, ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, reusability and performance of automation. UiPath Academy+1
• Lead technical feasibility studies and prototypes for new automation opportunities; evaluate emerging RPA technologies and UiPath capabilities.
• Ensure that deployment, Orchestrator setup, licensing, security, monitoring and support practices are in place and robust.
• Act as the technical escalation point for automation issues in production; provide guidance on complex bots, integrations, exceptions.
• Mentor senior RPA developers; steer technology roadmap for automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Mandatory UiPath certification at Solution Architect/Expert level.
• At least 8+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to RPA (ideally 3–5 years in lead/architect roles with UiPath).
• Deep experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Integration Service, Apps, Data Service. UiPath Academy
• Strong architecture skills: infrastructure, cloud/on-prem, security, scalability, high availability.
• Ability to design automation frameworks, reusable libraries and governance models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with digital transformation, enterprise automation programmes, CoE setup.
• Exposure to enterprise systems: ERP, CRM (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), APIs, databases.
• Knowledge of other automation tools (for comparison and hybrid scenarios) would be an asset.
