Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B ticketing operations using Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo
• Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets efficiently
• Provide accurate fare quotations and competitive pricing
• Handle booking changes, refunds, and client queries
• Communicate professionally with B2B partners and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and company standards

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year (preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts
