Job Description

This intern position reports to the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Technical Services Department in Columbia. The selected individuals will work in a team-structured environment, assist in benefits and tax applications functionality projects, testing applications for business requirements, review and provide analysis on workforce and unemployment data, communicate with internal and external customers to respond to department inquiries and complete tasks and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in business management, communications, information technology, accounting, or related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and/or related software.
