UI/UX Designer

Work Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (aligned with U.S. business hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of user-centered design to deliver engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into seamless user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to create data-driven design improvements.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
• Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Hands-on experience in user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
