Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Onsite – Core Growth Pvt. Ltd.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences for our SaaS CRM platform. In addition to product design, the candidate will also be responsible for logo design, branding, and marketing graphics to ensure visual consistency across the product and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design user-centric SaaS interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Create and maintain a design system and component library for consistent branding and UI patterns.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs in React.js/Next.js.
• Develop branding assets including product logos, icons, illustrations, and style guides.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and best practices for responsive design.
• Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Work with product managers to prioritize UX improvements and feature enhancements.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and SaaS usability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs, with emphasis on SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) and familiarity with React.js/Next.js.
• Strong grasp of information architecture, UX writing, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, persona development, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of design systems, responsive design frameworks, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
