UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team and help create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with a thoughtful approach to usability, interaction design, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver e ective design solutions. Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Apply user research insights and usability testing results to inform and improve design decisions. Present design concepts, user flows, and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ensure consistency across products by contributing to and maintaining design systems and UI standards. Incorporate brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices into all design work. Stay informed on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance product experiences. Qualifications
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including websites and mobile applications, with detailed case studies explaining design process and outcomes. Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for icons, vector assets, and UI illustrations. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, asset optimization, and visual enhancements. Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography. Experience designing responsive interfaces for multiple screen sizes and devices. Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions e ectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, B.CS, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Skills
Strong user-centered mindset with a focus on usability and problem-solving. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Experience creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across digital products. Ability to balance creativity with business and technical requirements
