UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience who can design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web applications. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Figma and capable of translating business requirements into clean, functional, and scalable designs.

You will work closely with developers to design and improve user experiences across systems such as LMS, SaaS platforms, and company websites, with a focus on usability, consistency, and performance-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and dashboard-based applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Translate requirements into intuitive and functional user experiences
• Ensure consistency across all products using reusable design components

2. User Experience & Research

• Understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Improve usability of existing systems through iterative design
• Conduct basic user research and gather feedback where needed
• Optimize flows for efficiency (e.g., forms, dashboards, navigation)

3. Design Systems & Collaboration

• Build and maintain a design system / component library in Figma
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines
• Ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints

4. Usability & Accessibility

• Ensure responsive design across desktop and mobile devices
• Apply accessibility best practices (contrast, readability, usability)
• Focus on clarity, simplicity, and performance in UI decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience designing web applications or dashboards
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing LMS, company website, or SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for developer collaboration)
• Experience with usability testing or user feedback analysis
• Knowledge of modern UI patterns and design trends

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
