UI/UX Designer

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for landing pages, web applications, and mobile applications. The role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective user experiences while incorporating modern design practices, animations, and interactive elements.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for landing pages, web platforms, and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems for product development
• Design animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to improve user engagement
• Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design improvements based on feedback and findings
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging AI-assisted design workflows
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual standards, and accessibility across projects
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user requirements, and project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Arts, Digital Design, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX projects with interactive and modern design elements
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or similar platforms
• Experience creating interactive prototypes, animations, and transitions
• Familiarity with AI-supported design tools and workflows such as Loveable, Stitch, MidJourney, Claude, Runway, or related tools
• Good understanding of responsive layouts and user-centered design principles
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working in agile or collaborative product teams
• Adaptability to changing project requirements, user feedback, and evolving design trends
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
