About the role:

We are looking for an inspiring candidate to join our innovative design team, guiding the team in creating exceptional designs and brand assets. This will include assisting junior designers and technical engineers, developing & configuring software designs throughout the development stages by collaborating with the management team to create best-in-class UI and UX solutions.

The UI/UX Designer should be inspirational with the ability to maximise the talents of the design team. They will work closely with clients and other team members across our projects to help capture and refine the design vision. Therefore, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication and experience of research led design, preferably for international companies.

Here is a breakdown of some of the most important tasks you’ll undertake:

• Align design strategy with the product vision, roadmap, and development processes to ensure all design efforts support overall business goals.
• Lead design initiatives from proposal through to delivery phases using a consultative and user-centered approach.
• Demonstrate excellence across all aspects of UX, including user research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and visual design.
• Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges, prioritize features, and establish frameworks to measure product success and improvement areas.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into innovative solutions that add usability and business value across the entire product journey.
• Build and optimize workflows and processes to ensure the design team delivers consistently high-quality outputs.
• Deliver projects on time, maintaining exceptional design standards and aligning with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders while maintaining clear, proactive, and responsive communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Contribute hands-on by supporting the team in resolving functionality issues identified during QA testing.
• Continuously explore opportunities to innovate in design, leveraging emerging tools and technologies, including AI-assisted prototyping and wireframing.

Below are some of the key qualifications, skills, and experience we are looking for:

• Degree in computer science, graphic design, user experience design or similar qualifications.
• 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Ability to conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Experience working in Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex interactions into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools, plugins, and workflows (e.g., AI-assisted wireframing, content generation, or automated usability analysis) is a plus.
