ONE2W is building modern digital products across mobile, web, and SaaS platforms. We are looking for a Hybrid UI/UX Designer who can own the full design lifecycle — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces in Figma — for mobile apps, web platforms, and CRM/SaaS systems.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and conversion-focused digital experiences. This is not a pure visual design role — we need someone who understands user flows, system thinking, SaaS complexity, and structured design systems.

You should be comfortable designing:

• Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Responsive web applications
• SaaS dashboards
• CRM systems
• Admin panels
• Complex user workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX process: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
• Create high-fidelity designs in Figma with clean component structure
• Build scalable design systems and reusable components
• Design SaaS dashboards, CRM systems, and data-heavy interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility
• Optimize UX for performance, accessibility, and conversion
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital products

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Advanced expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, CRM, or dashboard designs
• Deep understanding of UX principles and usability standards
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile-first interfaces
• Ability to handle complex user flows and multi-role systems
• Knowledge of design systems and atomic design methodology
• Understanding of developer handoff and UI implementation constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SaaS startups or B2B platforms
• Familiarity with UX research tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but helpful)
• Experience with interaction design and micro-animations
