Job Description

Xofts is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, user experience, and modern UI trends, with hands-on experience creating website and app designs using Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, user-friendly UI/UX layouts for websites and applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Maintain and use design systems, components, and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients
• Ensure designs are responsive and aligned with brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a UI / Figma Designer
• Strong command of Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience designing responsive web layouts
• Ability to convert ideas and requirements into clean visual designs
• Attention to detail and good communication skills

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Basic understanding of UX research and user flows
• Knowledge of mobile app UI design
• Familiarity with developer handoff practices
• Understanding of branding and typography
