UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphic Designer to design intuitive digital experiences and visually compelling graphics. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design principles with strong graphic design skills to create engaging interfaces, branding materials, and marketing assets.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials (social media graphics, banners, presentations, ads)
• Create visual assets for websites, apps, and campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand identity elements
• Prepare design files for digital and print use

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and/or Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion design or basic animation
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (a plus)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
