UI/UX Product Designer

SoftTrend is a fast-growing MSP serving SMBs with license reselling, after-sales services, end-user software solutions, and internal products. We’re now building two strategic products. We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences for our marketplace.

What you’ll do:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for our marketplace, from research and wireframes to prototypes and visual designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system for web and mobile.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and intuitive interactions.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong portfolio with marketplace, SaaS, or e-commerce projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
• Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Great collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
