About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Trainer to join our design and technology education team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Research, and popular design tools, along with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers.

You will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom sessions, guiding students through real-world design projects, and ensuring they gain a strong understanding of design principles, tools, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Teach topics such as Design Thinking, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Research, Information Architecture, and Visual Design.
• Train students on UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Help students understand user journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.
• Guide learners in creating portfolio projects (apps, websites, dashboards).
• Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments based on industry standards.
• Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to improve student projects.
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and practices in UI/UX design.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong command of Figma and/or Adobe XD for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and Human-Centered Design.
• Understanding of Color Theory, Typography, Layout, and Visual Hierarchy.
• Familiarity with User Research, Wireframing, and Usability Testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design is an advantage.
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes and presenting design concepts effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Trainer, or Instructor.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops preferred.

Salary Range

• ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (Depending on skills, experience, and teaching ability).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
