We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Admissions Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As the Admissions Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, overseeing the entire student application process from initial inquiry to final enrolment. Your role will be critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all our applicants.
- Manage the Admissions Process: Oversee the end-to-end admissions process for students applying to UK schools, colleges, and universities. This includes application processing, document verification, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer professional, up-to-date advice to students and their families on entry requirements, course options, and the UK education system.
- Liaise with Institutions: Build and maintain strong relationships with admission teams at various UK educational institutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries.
- Compliance and Visa Support: Stay current on UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) regulations, particularly for Student Visas. Assist students with the necessary visa application documentation and procedures.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential student records using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and generating reports for management as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our admissions policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and the overall student experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of [2] years of experience in an admissions or student services role, within the UK education sector.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of the UK education system, UCAS, and the application processes for various academic levels (e.g., undergraduate, postgraduate).
- UKVI Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UKVI regulations and student visa application requirements. Experience with Tier 4 (Child Student) and Student Visas is highly desirable.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and partners.
- Organisational Skills: Superb attention to detail and a proven ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks and competing priorities under pressure.
- IT Proficiency: Competence in using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
