UK Cab Dispatchers

Globe Call Centre is looking for experienced and proactive UK Cab Dispatchers & Operators to join our expanding operations team. We are seeking individuals who are organized, quick thinkers, and capable of performing effectively under pressure. If you have hands-on experience in dispatch coordination—particularly within the UK transportation or taxi industry—we’d love to welcome you aboard!

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle and assign ride bookings to ensure timely and reliable service.
• Plan, monitor, and adjust driver schedules and routes for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers, providing updates and assistance as needed.
• Accurately document trip details, driver performance, and dispatch reports.
• Ensure all dispatch activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatching.
• Familiarity with dispatch management systems, GPS tracking, and route optimization tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
