About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Umrah Consultant to guide international clients in planning and booking their Umrah journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Umrah travel requirements, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Umrah packages, visa requirements, and travel options.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Create personalized Umrah itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground service providers.
• Manage bookings, payments, and documentation.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in Umrah or Hajj travel consultancy (preferred).
• Knowledge of Saudi visa processes and Umrah regulations.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in using CRM and online booking tools.
• Ability to serve clients from international markets (USA, UK, Europe, Canada, etc.).
