Umrah Counselor

An Umrah Counselor assists pilgrims in planning, booking, and preparing for their Umrah journey. The role involves providing guidance on travel packages, visa requirements, religious procedures, accommodation, transportation, and customer support before, during, and after travel.

• Guide customers regarding Umrah packages, itineraries, and pricing.
• Explain Umrah rituals and travel procedures to pilgrims.
• Assist with visa documentation and application processing.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and ground services.
• Maintain regular communication with pilgrims before departure.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure all bookings and records are updated in the system.
• Support group departures and provide operational coordination.
• Stay updated on Saudi travel regulations and Umrah policies.
• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Travel & Tourism, Islamic Studies, Business, or related field).
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
• Experience in Umrah/Hajj operations or travel consultancy preferred.
• Knowledge of Umrah rituals and Saudi travel procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to speak Urdu and English.

Note: The candidate should have Umrah Counselor experience.
