Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, issue, and record staff uniforms accurately according to department and staff ID.
  • Collect used uniforms and coordinate timely laundry processing.
  • Inspect all uniforms for cleanliness, wear, or damage, and report repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Ensure uniforms are properly pressed, labeled, and stored for easy access.
  • Assist with basic sewing, alterations, or labeling of uniforms when required.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of issued and returned uniforms.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient availability for all departments.
  • Keep the uniform room clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Support the laundry and housekeeping teams with additional tasks as required.
  • Provide courteous, professional service to all hotel employees.
