About the Company

ASA Microfinance Bank is seeking a highly skilled Unit Head CAD with proven expertise in documentation, charge creation, and operational management to optimize processes and ensure seamless operational efficiency.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully conversant with Conventional and Islamic Banking security documentation
• Preparation of financing documents/agreements
• Creation of charge and preparing charge documents (hypothecation, pledges, lien, mortgage etc.)
• Managing Valuator, Vendor and Insurance companies
• Issuance of Disbursement Authorization Certificate
• Ensure quality of credit documentation and security perfection.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors in degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field
• At-least 10-12 years of experience managing CAD Functions.

• Proven expertise in documentation

• Operational Management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both Conventional and Islamic Banking
• Strong management skills
