What You'll Need

Current South Carolina RN License
BCLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience
Long-term care experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Review shift reports and monitor resident conditions

• Respond to acute changes (assess, notify MD, coordinate transport, notify family)

• Conduct daily rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality care

• Oversee documentation accuracy (care plans, charting, change of condition)

• Follow up on labs, consultant reports, and physician orders

• Assist with admissions and physician rounds

• Promote resident rights and maintain regulatory compliance
