We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage Manager (Multi-Unit Operations)

Are you a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments? We are looking for an experienced F&B Manager to lead and scale operations across a premium chain of restaurants and bars.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple outlets
• Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control (P&L ownership)
• Lead, train, and inspire high-performing teams
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
• Support new outlet openings and business expansion

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in F&B operations, with multi-unit management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Solid financial acumen (cost control, budgeting, reporting)
• Experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality chains
• Hands-on, results-driven, and customer-focused
