About the Role:
We are looking for an Universities Students , energetic and confident Front Sales Officer to be the first point of contact with potential customers and dealers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, engage prospects, and, if they show interest, connect them to the supervisor or the relevant team member for further discussion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and dealers from provided leads.
• Introduce the company’s services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify interested customers and seamlessly transfer calls to the supervisor or concerned department.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the system.
• Ensure positive and professional communication at all times.
• Meet daily and weekly call activity targets.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (verbal is a must).
• Basic sales and customer handling skills.
• Confident and clear telephone voice.
• Prior tele sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Undergraduates, university students, and A-level graduates are encouraged to apply.

Timings: Monday–Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM | Saturday, 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM
