Updates Coordinator/Dispatcher ( USA- Trucking)

We’re looking for a dedicated Updates Coordinator with strong skills in shipment monitoring, timely communication, and real-time data accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience in providing real-time shipment updates.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or dispatch operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email correspondence, and update tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time updates on shipment status to customers and internal departments.
• Ensure all tracking data is captured and reported accurately in system portals.
• Proactively follow up with carriers and drivers to collect current location and ETA.
• Communicate delays or issues to clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain clear and updated logs for all ongoing loads.
• Coordinate with Track & Trace and Dispatch teams to keep all systems synchronized.
• Ensure all updates meet service level standards and customer expectations.
