Upseller (eBooks)

Position: Upseller – eBooks
Target: USD $10,000 – $15,000 Sales Target
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers to promote and upsell eBook publishing services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and chat.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Address customer questions and provide professional solutions throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the production and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
• Stay updated on company services, offers, and sales techniques to maximize conversions.

Requirements

• experience in sales, upselling (experience in eBook publishing or digital services ).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work onsite during the night shift.
