Upseller + Project Manager

Location: Karachi North- Nazimabad Block A

Timing: 09:00 PM to 06:00AM (NIGHT SHIFT) On-Site job

Working Days: Monday- Saturday(Not Remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a proactive Upseller + Project Manager to join our growing software house. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently engage with clients, upsell services, and manage projects from initiation to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities
• Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through every project phase
• Coordinating with internal teams (design, Web Development, Mobile Apps) to deliver high-quality results
• Leading client calls and follow-ups with a professional, solution-driven approach
• Tracking project progress, reporting KPIs, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Handling client concerns/escalations and maintaining retention

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, client communication, or project management
• Fluent in English with an American accent (must be confident in client-facing conversations)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with digital services (branding, websites, marketing) is a plus
• Call center experienced staff are encouraged to apply

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
