Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding on Upwork and securing quality projects related to websites, motion graphics/animation, and graphic design. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to help build winning proposals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on projects in website development, motion graphics/animation, and graphic design
• Write tailored, persuasive proposals for Upwork clients
• Communicate professionally with clients via messages and calls
• Follow up on bids, manage communication, and close deals
• Support internal teams with project scoping and coordination
• Help meet monthly sales and bidding targets

Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate to Graduation
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Upwork bidding or a similar sales/client acquisition role
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Confident in handling client calls and video meetings
• Understanding of services like web design/development, animation, and graphics is a plus

Documents Required:

• Sales Sheet (Mandatory)
• Portfolio or past work sample (Preferred)

Shift Timings:

We offer 3 flexible shifts details will be shared during the interview.

Salary: 50,000-70,000
