Upwork Bidder

We’re looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and closing projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms, particularly for web design, digital marketing, and SEO services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write customized proposals and messages to attract potential clients.
• Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality, tailored bids.
• Communicate with leads professionally and schedule follow-ups or meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project proposals and quotations.
• Maintain lead records and follow up to ensure conversions.
• Work to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bidding or business development on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and web development services.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.

Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Saturday: Half day
