Job Title: Upwork Bidder (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms by identifying relevant projects, writing proposals, and communicating with clients.

If you have strong communication skills, understand how online bidding works, and are passionate about business growth, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals to attract clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to prepare accurate project quotes.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly bidding and project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive (preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of online bidding and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with IT services, web development, digital marketing, or design projects (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and negotiation skills.
