Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Manager to help grow our project pipeline and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of winning IT projects, crafting persuasive proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects aligned with our core services (Web, Mobile, CRM/ERP, AI).
• Write tailored, high-quality proposals highlighting results, case studies, and unique value.
• Follow strict selection criteria to maximize ROI on Connects.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule discovery calls.
• Track all bids, responses, and lead conversions.
• Collaborate with the technical team for project alignment and delivery.
• Analyze performance and suggest strategy improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development (IT industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of web (React/Angular, MERN/MEAN), mobile (Flutter), and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to meet monthly targets.

Performance Goals

• Number of qualified proposals submitted.
• Proposal-to-response conversion rate.
• Discovery calls booked with qualified leads.
