Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Full-time, In-house (09:00pm - 05:00am)

Base Salary exclusive of commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

1) Optimizing provided Upwork Profile.

2) Searching potential jobs on the platform and evaluating them.

3) Writing proposal, gathering suitable portfolio and bidding to win jobs.

4) Understanding work requirement for each job and updating them on project management tool so the production team can know what needs to be done.

5) Maintaining follow-up coordination with clients till project delivery.

6) Keeping up with clients to upsell.

Requirements:

1) Urge to learn

2) Fair knowledge of Web Development and Photoshop/Illustrator based tasks, to the level needed for this role.

3) Excellent written & verbal communication (as needed for US based prospects)
