Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a talented and self-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team in Bahadurabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork, with strong communication skills and a good understanding of digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other platforms.
• Write personalized, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert leads into successful projects.
• Coordinate with the development team to understand services and pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Upwork bidding.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Understanding of services like website development, design, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Smart, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
