Digitally Prime is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Upwork Bidder to join our growing team on-site at our Karachi office. If you have a passion for freelancing platforms and a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify relevant and high-potential projects on Upwork

Craft tailored, compelling proposals to win client trust

Maintain professional and timely communication with clients

Collaborate with our internal teams (Web, SEO, Design, etc.) to ensure project success

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Good understanding of digital services like Web Development, Design, SEO, etc.

Goal-oriented mindset with consistency and discipline

What to Expect:

Initial 2-week test period (commission-based only)

Upon successful performance: Competitive salary + commission on closed projects

Location: On-site — Karachi Office
