Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage our Upwork profile and work as a freelance business development executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on projects, communicating with clients, and bringing new business through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile
  • Bid on relevant projects according to company services
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain a record of bids, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on Upwork
  • Strong proposal writing and communication skills
  • Ability to generate and close clients independently
  • Understanding of freelancing platforms and client handling
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Type:

  • Full-time / Part-time / Freelance (as per discussion)

Location:

  • Remote / On-site

Salary:

  • Fixed salary + commission (or negotiable based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week
