Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and projects on Upwork ( Related to software development , includes Mobile and web Development ) , submitting well-crafted proposals, and securing projects in the IT industry. You will collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and tailor proposals to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
• Maintain and update our Upwork profile to reflect our latest work, skills, and testimonials, ensuring it remains competitive.
• Draft and submit customized proposals based on project requirements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and clarify project details.
• Negotiate project terms and close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients.
• Provide feedback and insights to the technical team for proposal improvement.
• Track and report on bid success rates, client interactions, and other key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role for at least one year , in a software house ( Specialized in Mobile and Web Development )
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, including software development, web development, and other related services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft persuasive and compelling proposals.
