Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 + 5% Commission

Job Overview:

Peachy Digitals is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding on projects, writing compelling proposals, and communicating with clients to secure freelance work. This is a night shift role, ideal for proactive individuals who thrive during late hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
• Craft high-quality, persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients to increase project conversion rates.
• Track project applications, follow-ups, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align proposals with company services.

Requirements:

• 6–8 months of experience in Upwork bidding.
• Strong written English skills and proposal-writing ability.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Knowledge of the Upwork platform and client communication best practices.
