Rijas Enterprise is hiring a Business Developer / Upwork Bidder.

We are looking for a motivated individual with hands-on knowledge of freelancing platforms and basic technical understanding to support lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and bid on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Freelancer
• Identify new business opportunities and qualified leads
• Write professional proposals and client communications
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope
• Maintain CRM/leads data and basic reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills:

• Practical experience with freelancing platforms
• Understanding of IT services (web, mobile, software basics)
• Strong proposal writing and bidding strategy
• Good English communication skills
