We’re looking for an Upwork Bidder who understands how to turn conversations into contracts and leads into long-term clients. If you know how to spot the right projects, write winning proposals, and communicate value in a way that gets clients to reply, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Winning the right projects:

You’ll search for high-quality jobs on Upwork, identify strong-fit opportunities, and send tailored proposals that stand out from low-effort bids.

Turning briefs into deals:

You’ll understand client requirements, break down what they actually need, and position our services in a way that is clear, persuasive, and relevant.

Owning communication:

You’ll handle initial client conversations professionally, respond quickly, ask smart questions, and keep the pipeline moving toward calls, contracts, and closed deals.

Driving consistent growth:

You’ll help generate qualified leads for our design, development, CRO, and Shopify services while maintaining a strong success rate and proposal quality.

Staying sharp and strategic:

You’ll continuously refine bidding strategies, improve response rates, track results, and identify patterns in what helps us win more projects.

What we’re looking for:

A strong understanding of Upwork bidding and lead generation

Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills

The ability to understand client pain points and match them with the right service offer

Confidence in handling follow-ups, objections, and early-stage client discussions

Strong organization, consistency, and attention to detail

Experience in Shopify, web design, development, or digital services is a major advantage
